Photography is a fascinating art. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, I believe this to be somewhat true. However, pictures can speak differently to everyone, so really they are worth a whole lot more. The craft is a known fiction, the observer gets to deside the meaning behind each image. They get to ponder wether or not a photo is staged, if it shows a truth, an embelishment, a message. The subjects and places you see are real things, but the story is manipulated by the photographer to protray what they want you to experience. An art of mistery, wonder, facsination, memories, and sometimes unanswered question.
Pricing
It's hard to put a price on pictures because everyone deserves to have their memories captured. We stand by our prices and garentee you will get your moneys worth. To some they may seem high but in order to do what we love we need to be able to keep our heads above water. Our prices are set at a stanard that helps us pay for our time, equipment, editing, and travel to location shoots. You can find our price sheets in the attachments to the left of the screen. Videography is the passion behind our company. This is where we strive to take our creativity to the max. Video is such a great way to capture moments and be able to relive them through moving pictures. To us nothing is to boring to be recorded and archived. We have a team built up of individuals that share a passion for storytelling and guide our clients by listening to what they want and providing our input in how we can best protray their vision. We work at all levels, freelanceing as sports videographers, graduation ceremonies, lectures, conferences, corporate promotions, the list goes on.

Videos can seem expensive, but for the quality we produce you are getting a great deal. Our prices are formed based on the most current and up to date prices of equipment and services. Everything we bring on a shoot is a necessity to give you the best production value for your buck. Our equipment is like a paintbrush to an artist, we must keep it clean and in good condition. That being said a lot of our earnings go into making sure we stick to our promise that you are getting the best from us. Editing video is a major time consumer, our prices are also formed around this post production process, which polishes your videos before a final delivery.

It all started with our first documentary. We had this idea of doing a story about grain to glass. Getting down to the grains of how things are produced, specifically beer. While starting our research, hopping around local breweries in Ft. Collins Colorado on a Friday afternoon, we came to the realization that the timing/season was not right to work with the breweries and follow the soil to bottle process. While drinking the last sip of a bitter beer the topic of chocolate came up. Well, it just so happened that there was a local chocolate shop across the street, Nuance. We walked into the shop not expecting to get the open arms that co-founder Toby Gadd extended to us. “We are students looking to do a documentary on the process of…” we barely got to finish that sentence when Toby chimed in and said, “Great, can you start filming Wednesday?”
We eagerly jumped on this opportunity and got ourselves into something bigger than we thought. Not only did we get a great story about chocolate, but we also uncovered a gem when we started working with Toby. A guy who has a great passion for what he does, strives to deliver the best product possible, and holds tight to the idea of local collaboration.

This is where WideEyed productions started. A team of passionate students who took a class assignment to the next level. We are now always on the look out for our next story. That thing that draws us in, gets us excited, and has energy we want to share with the world. Most of our documentary work is done on our own time and is nonprofit.
